Description
- High Filtration: Our masks use three layers of virgin medical grade nonwovens which are silky smooth and lint free. All three layers are of 25 gsm providing a thick yet breathable mask. The middle meltblown layer provides a bacteria and particulate filtration efficiency > 99%
- Breathable: As we use only medical grade nonwovens, the fabric is also highly breathable and comfortable. Our masks are tested extensively for breathability and air permeability, to ensure that the masks remain cool and comfortable to wear for long periods without compromising filtration efficiency
- Fluid Repellency & Splash Resistant: By using three layers of 25 Gsm velvet smooth medical grade technical textiles, our masks which are tested for splash using synthetic blood. Even with a test force > 160 mmHg, the masks remain impenetrable to fluids and splash backs. Filtra masks will keep you safe and dry from blood splash or sneezing and coughing
- Extra Thick & Soft Ear Bands: Filtra masks all now use an enhanced extra thick and soft 5 mm latex free elastic ear loops. With generous length and additional elongation, the ear loops do not apply pressure on the ears and allow the user to wear for extended periods without pain
- Extra Long Dual Core Noseclip: Filtra masks use longer than average nose clips which are toxin free PE coated malleable twin core softened aluminium wire. The extra long noseclip which is malleable can be positioned over the nose and upper cheek to prevent inward air leakage and also specs fogging
- Registered Medical Devices & Adheres to International Standards: Filtra masks are manufactured by Thea-Tex, as a registered Class A & B Medical Device with CDCSO License number printed on each package. Filtar surgical masks adhere to the highest classes of US ASTM F2100, European EN 14683 & Indian IS 16289 standards
- Convenient Packaging: This pack includes 60 masks organized in 3 separate zip lock travel pouches of 20 masks each, ensuring hygienic storage and easy portability for everyday use, travel, or emergency preparedness
