• WHISKEY BARREL AGED: Small-lot coffee with unique flavour profile developed through careful whiskey barrel ageing process. Smoky, nutty and earthy notes with a hint of whiksey in the aroma and aftersips.
• ORIGIN: This coffee was grown at high altitudes 1250-1300 m above sea level in the Coorg region of South India. The higher the altitude, the more ideal the climate, which enhances the coffees flavor profile, elevating every sip to a new level of richness.
• ROAST PROFILE: Medium roast coffee that brings out balanced flavours and aromatic complexity
• PROCESSING METHOD: Despite what it might sound like, coffee isnt poured into an old whiskey barrel for a few weeks before you drink it. Instead, the green coffee beans are allowed to sit in old barrels of whiskey for a few days to a few weeks. After that, the beans are roasted normally. The process gives you the usual coffee flavor with the additional of hints of whiskey barrels they were aged in.
• PACKAGING: 100 gm of freshly roasted coffee beans sealed in a resealable pouch for maintaining freshness.
• NOT INSTANT COFFEE: Our coffees are not instant, so they dont just dissolve in waterthey brew slowly, delivering a richer, exponentially better taste.
• COLD BREW: This coffee works best as a cold brew. You will get more of the aromatics and intensity left over from the barrels.
